There is some dirt on the bottom of the cup. There is a rough patch on the inside of the cup. I think the coating agent didn't apply properly. However, it doesn't stain when coffee is poured in, so there is no problem with use. The gold trim is slightly faded, but the adhesion is good and the overall appearance is shiny and clean.
