I purchased this vintage blouson at a used clothing store 10 years ago. The lining is quite stylish. Size 38 (estimated M to L) There are stains and dirt on the sleeves, etc. Overall, I think it's relatively clean. The left side adjuster is torn. Repair is likely possible at a local tailor for a few thousand yen. Please only purchase if you are comfortable with it being a used item.
