The fabric of the top (sweatshirt) and skirt is thick and sturdy, and when I wore it, it felt like a dress with a substantial weight that fell straight down. The reason I'm selling it is partly because the weight made it a bit difficult for me, as I tend to get stiff shoulders. I'm listing it in the hopes that someone will like it. I've worn it several times. If you look at the fifth photo, you'll see some pilling around the cuffs. Other than that, there are no noticeable stains or scuffs. I have washed it at home and stored it in my closet. Since it is a used item, please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned. It's a relaxed and comfortable dress, perfect for taking a breather.
