I purchased these about three years ago and have worn them about once every two months. The damaged areas were reinforced with backing fabric at the store immediately after purchase, so the damage is the same as when I bought them. The size is 27. I think they are in good condition, but they are still used items, so I would advise against purchasing them if you are overly concerned about condition.
