This is a Minion squeeze toy (keychain) that was a prize item. It's about 10cm tall. The color changes with temperature (see image 3). It turns yellow when warmed slightly with your hand. Also, although it has not been used, there is a green stain-like mark on the head that has been there since I got it. Please consider purchasing only if you don't mind (ᴗˬᴗ) Instant purchase is OK.
