The uchiwa (fan) has not been used since purchase. The penlights have been tested and are working. They all light up. The handles are slightly yellowed overall. Please see the photos for the condition. The light-up parts are believed to be clean as they were used without removing the film. Please understand that these are used items before purchasing. Instant purchase is OK.
