This is a lace skirt. It's a hand-me-down, and the size tag was already cut off when I received it (see photo 4), so I don't know the exact size, but it seems a child who wears size 150 wore it. There is a stain in one place (see photo 6). There is no lining, just a single layer of lace, so it's meant to be worn over something else. The fabric is smooth and feels very nice.
