I purchased this several years ago and have kept it in storage, barely using it. It's a ring with a design of connected stars. I used it as a men's pinky ring. The inner diameter is about 1.7cm, so I believe it's about size 13. Please note that this is just an estimate. There is some blackening and scratches typical of silver.
