Also, the heel sole is chipped. There are holes in the sole, and if you walk on gravel, it will get stuck. Removing it will result in that condition. I think it would be a good idea to have them replaced at a shop. My foot size is 23.0 (36), but because of the difference in height between my toes and heel, my foot slides forward, so I was advised by the shop to go down one size.
