This is a promo card (Celebratory Fanfare) awarded to players who have earned 30 or more Championship Points in a year. Also included is (Scizor ex), which is awarded for earning 80 or more Championship Points. I took it out of the sleeve once to check its condition and confirmed that it is in excellent condition. I will ship it with cardboard backing, with measures taken to prevent bending or leaks! Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about scratches, etc. I will ship it carefully via Yu-Yu Mercari.
