Purchased in the summer of 2025. I am selling this at a low price because I don't have the pamphlet. I used it a few times, but I get hives from contact and friction, so my back itches when I use it, and it doesn't suit me. I think it's better to use it with a cushion or pillow under your head. The protrusions are a little painful, so in that case, it's quite comfortable to use with a towel or something. Also, you can use it on the reverse side, which opens your shoulders more than the side with the protrusions, and it's good for stretching.
