I bought this this year and have been storing it without taking it out of the bag. I intended to wear it, so there are no tags. I have a lot of white cut-and-sew tops, so I'm selling this one, which is in good condition. The cuffs can be adjusted with ribbons. I think it's still perfectly wearable.
