This is a promotional item from Lenovo: a simple, extendable stainless steel straw. The case has the Intel and Lenovo logos on it. It's otherwise very basic. I took it out of the case once for the photos, but it's unused. The case is 10.5cm long, and the straw itself is estimated to be over 23cm.
