DUPLO 10893 Spider-Man vs. Electro Everything in the picture is included. The red 4x4 plate and the 2x4 plate are missing, but everything else is present. The main parts are there, so I don't think you'll have any trouble playing with it. There are minor scratches, but no noticeable scratches or stains. I will ship it in simple packaging.
