This is a top and skirt set, so it can be worn like a dress. The sleeves are lace. The frills around the collar are gorgeous, and it can be worn reversed. Size M-L The image is of it being worn on a body with a 65cm waist. The skirt has an elastic waist (the elastic is stretched, and there are stains, so it's discounted.) See images 3 and 4.
