This is a tweed skirt from sacai, size 1. I purchased it at Estnation in Roppongi for around 70,000 yen. At the time, it wasn't available at sacai's directly managed stores, and Estnation was the only place that carried it. I think it's quite rare. The side with the pockets is the front, but you can wear it reversed, front to back, if you prefer.
