Thank you for viewing. This is a Tiffany & Co. wedding folder. I received this at the store about 3 years ago when I purchased my wedding rings. The marriage registration form is not included. It is made of A4-sized thick paper and can hold marriage registration forms, etc. There is a small scuff on the bottom right corner, but it is not very noticeable. *See photo 5 I will ship it via regular mail (unregistered).
