It looks grayish in the images, but I couldn't capture the color accurately due to the lighting. The actual color is a darker version of the brown seen at the edge of the fifth image. It's made of thick fabric and has a lining, so it's suitable for fall and winter. The waist is elastic with an adjustable drawstring. There are pockets on both sides. I bought this about 5 years ago and I don't remember wearing it, maybe once. I think it's almost unused. There are no noticeable stains or fraying. It's in good condition.
