Four pockets: two on the chest and two at the waist. Double reinforcement around the front button area and shoulders. Sleeves have kohaze (small hooks, like those on tabi socks). It can also be worn like a coverall. New with tags, unused, but has been stored at home, so there may be some minor fraying.
