Tightening when the threads are not properly engaged can damage the threads.) ●Also, the screw threads of the nuts, the screw threads of the buttons, and the screw heads, grooves, and resin buttons of the mounting screws are all delicate and not very strong, so they are easily damaged. Please handle them carefully during installation. ●Open-type tuners without gear covers are lubricated to reduce friction. You may want to lubricate them periodically if the movement changes depending on the frequency of use. Closed-type tuners probably do not have grease inside. You may try injecting lubricant, but please do so at your own risk. ●During inspection, we remove buttons with damage or cracks, deformed washers, tuners that seize when rotated, those without screw holes or string holes, and other unusable items to the extent possible. However, due to the time and effort required for inspection, some may be missed. We will accept returns for unusable cases, not for cosmetic issues such as scratches or rust.
