I purchased this new and have kept it in storage since. The packaging shows marks from the disc and some scratches. The disc itself plays without any issues. It comes with a bonus soundtrack, which seems to be a BGM collection. In the main game, the models are very well-made, and the image quality is significantly better compared to the PSP and VITA versions. Since it was difficult for me to play the arcade version for extended periods (because I'm terrible!), I was able to repeatedly challenge myself with my favorite songs on this version! That's what I remember.
