The exterior has no noticeable scratches and I think it's a beautiful item. If you purchase a used item that has been left as is, the movement on the shaft may be poor, leading to poor cutting accuracy, or in the worst case, it may stop working altogether. I have also uploaded images of actual cut sheets for your reference. The AC adapter is from another company, but it has the same or better specifications. Please be aware of this if you are concerned. A new cutter blade (5 blades with different angles depending on the cap color) is also included.
