I saw it on Shop Japan and bought it at a nearby home center. I used it for a few months, but I put it away when I redecorated my room and have been storing it in the closet since then. I stopped using it before I felt any weight loss effects, but my lower back pain improved. (This is a personal opinion.) The box is included. The exercise DVD is unopened. Thank you for looking.
