This is a visiting kimono with a gorgeous pattern of flowers hand-painted in a beautiful purple color. It has a delicate beauty within its luxury, and one can imagine it was worn by someone in their teens. The lining of the bodice is made of vibrant red silk (akamomi), which is beautiful. It is no longer seen after the war. I think the delicate gold leaf work, stroke by stroke, is wonderful. The one-crested family crest is "Maru ni mitsu-gashiwa" (a circle with three oak leaves). It may be almost unused.
