This is a TARGET Stratocaster, an Asian-made brand by Fernandes. Later released by Fernandes under the model name LE-1Z. It features an alder body and rosewood fingerboard, offering excellent cost performance that is hard to imagine nowadays. The jack was faulty, so it has been replaced with a new SwitchCraft jack. This is a standard, high-quality jack used by Fender USA and GIBSON. Overall, there is almost no sign of use. The tremolo arm is missing. It has been maintained prior to listing, so you can use it immediately upon arrival.
