Thank you for viewing. I purchased this new about a year ago. Regarding usage frequency, I haven't used it at all for gaming, so I think it's been used very little. I don't even know why I bought it. Everything works perfectly. The items in the pictures are all that are included, so there is no box, etc. There are no noticeable scratches or stains. Please refrain from purchasing if you are overly concerned about minor details.
