I believe it was in 2023, and I've used it twice since ordering. Please refer to the size chart image for the size. It comes with a powder guard. The color is a light gray, almost ivory. There are no stains or scratches. I personally found it more comfortable than 3-layer GORE-TEX. It's made of MCG material, which offers high water resistance and breathability. The retail price was around 80,000 yen, I believe.
