This item is a sequined hip belt that sparkles and is very gorgeous. The base color is sky blue, and the combination of pink and silver sequins is cute. The dangling beads further accentuate the movement of the hips. I have used it about 4 times at events. As shown in photo 3, there are some places where beads are missing.
