This is a floral skirt from Ketty. I really loved it and wanted to wear it again if I lost weight, but it doesn't seem possible, so I'm selling it. The waist is narrow. It's marked as size 9. I've marked it as slightly dirty because of the frayed lining, as shown in the photos. There are no stains or frays on the outside. It's discounted due to the fraying. Thank you for considering it.
