The Hughes & Kettner Tube Factor is a preamp that uses a real vacuum tube. It shows signs of use, but I believe it is still usable. I tested it using a separate AC adapter for another effects pedal, so the AC adapter is not included. As shown in the last image, it can be powered by a 12V 700mA AC adapter.
