From JK, known for its excellent cost performance and extensive lineup, comes a model supervised by euphonium player Mitsuru Saito. While based on popular existing models, each has been improved to better fit the mouths of Japanese euphonium players. The sharp inner rim edge provides high control and a clear, focused sound. Combined with the careful finishing for a comfortable feel, this results in a very stable and easy-to-use mouthpiece. I believe this is the best mouthpiece for a medium-bore euphonium. I was keeping this as a spare. There were several variations in the shank length for the mouthpiece receiver, but I think this shank length is the best.
