Unlike spherical pearls, they are less susceptible to discoloration or deterioration from sweat, and the unique shape of each pearl is part of its charm. It's from about 30 to 50 years ago, but the luster hasn't faded. I received it from my mother, and since I don't use it, I'd like to pass it on to someone who appreciates it. It was beautiful when I received it, and before listing it, I washed it with a neutral detergent, wiped it with a soft cloth, and dried it. Also, the clasp was damaged, so I replaced it with a new one. The clasp is not real gold. The pearls are genuine. The size of each pearl is about 2mm wide and 5mm long.
