This is a tabletop sake warmer, "Mini Kansuke," made by Sunshin Co., Ltd. It's entirely made in Japan, and the tin "chiro" (sake warmer) is 100% tin. It has a luxurious feel and would also make a nice interior decoration. You can easily make delicious warm sake by simply putting hot water in the ceramic container and setting the tin chiro containing the sake inside. The ion effect of tin mellows the taste. The chiro has a lid, so it doesn't lose its flavor. You can also enjoy cold sake by using ice water instead of hot water. I received this a while ago, and although I opened it, I never used it and have been storing it at home.
