Released in 2022, this is an Asia-exclusive Lamy Safari. I believe it was limited to 1400 pieces worldwide. I bought it for myself, but it's been sitting unused in a drawer because I felt it was too precious to use. It's a new, unused item. It's a rare Japanese color, so you probably won't see anyone else with it.
