90's ECWCS GENERATION 2 GORE-TEX PARKA GEN2 GEN 2 Vintage ECWCS Gen 2 Gore-Tex Parka, black parka. Self-cleaned. The size is SMALL REGULAR, made in 1992, and the color is rare black. Actual measurements when laid flat: Width: approx. 62cm Sleeve length (from underarm seam): approx. 61cm Length (from back collar): approx. 77cm This is a Generation 2 model with a hood that can be stored in the collar, slanted pockets on both shoulders, and large pockets on the front. With its highly waterproof material, practical pocket placement, inner wind protection, side ventilation, and double zipper on the front, it has perfect details unique to military items. The new type adopted after this one has eliminated the distinctive sleeve pockets. The appearance of this type is definitely superior. Regarding this parka, recent models have an additional inner lining over the seam tape, which reduces the peeling of the seam tape, but this GEN2 type does not have an inner lining, and the seam tape is exposed. Therefore, we have removed all the old seam tape on the inside and reapplied it with YNAK 20mm wide seam tape. Please note that there are slight peeling and traces of glue that could not be completely removed from the old seam tape. Other conditions include some damage to the base of the collar. Also, there are scuffs and traces of seam tape glue on both chest areas, collar, back, hood, and left shoulder pocket. There are also some areas with slight Gore lift.
