This is a 1985 vintage buckle from the American Freemason organization Shriners International (Ancient Arabic Order of the Nobles of the Mystic Shrine) with a python embossed leather belt. The Arabic-style design of the buckle represents the Shriners' logo, featuring motifs such as the Sphinx, a mosque, and the Arabic sword Shamsheer. This is an interesting item that doesn't come around often. The belt is also made of thick, genuine leather with a python pattern embossed on it. Purchased at a vintage shop and used a few times. There are no particularly noticeable scratches or stains, but please understand that there may be minor signs of wear such as small scratches from use.
