This is a flared skirt with a length that fully covers the knees. The waist is elastic for comfort. There are pockets on both sides. There is some discoloration in one area, but it's barely noticeable. Please excuse any fold wrinkles. It has been stored at home, and there are no pets or smokers. Price reduction is possible.
