This is Psychic Storm, a shooting game for the PC Engine Super CD-ROM². It's a valuable item, with the original obi (sleeve). It has been stored in a plastic case. The instruction manual has some minor wear and tear. As it's an old game, there is some deterioration due to age, and minor scratches. The CD itself has dust and some light scratches from when it was spun. Since I don't have the console, I'm listing it as untested. Please consider purchasing if you don't mind it being a used item.
