I have never received a return request before, but if, by any chance, the item does not meet your expectations in terms of appearance/tone, I will accept returns if you contact me within 24 hours of arrival, before the receipt evaluation. However, regardless of the reason, you will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs. Also, if it is confirmed during the inspection of the returned item that it has been tampered with (e.g., disassembled), parts have been replaced, or the condition is different from before shipping (e.g., damage obviously different from before shipping due to dropping), returns will not be accepted.
