Only the wristbands are new and unused. The colors in the photos may appear different, but the color is closer to the first photo. Used once outdoors and about 3 times indoors. It has been folded for storage, so there are noticeable wrinkles overall. There is makeup on the hood. I didn't find any other noticeable stains or fraying, but please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to such things, as this is personal management and assessment. Immediate purchase is OK.
