This is an Argentina national team uniform, number 11. I received it as a gift and have kept it stored in a garment case since then. As shown in the images, there are several instances of fabric fraying. There is also peeling of the number on the back. Please understand that this is a used item, vintage clothing, and has been stored by a private individual.
