I purchased this when my child's neck wasn't stable enough to use a baby carrier, so I couldn't use it then. I've only used it about 5-7 times, so it's not heavily used. There are no noticeable scratches or stains. I will fold it up small for shipping, so please be aware of potential folding creases.
