I purchased this a few years ago from a shop that sells vintage items. It's not as thick as a sweatshirt, but it's made of a soft, thin, towel-like material that's easy to wear. There's a small hole in the cuff (see photo three), and some slight pilling around the shoulders, but it's not very noticeable.
