This is a Polban hip seat. The double shoulder strap was used about 15 times. The single shoulder strap was used about 10 times. Purchased in 2024, and put up for sale because the child started walking soon after and it was no longer needed. The Velcro is not very dirty, and the adhesive strength is still good. The double shoulder strap also has a hood built into the zipper! I am not considering selling the shoulder straps separately; this is a set of all three items. I am not considering lowering the price due to shipping costs. Please consider purchasing at this price. Immediate purchase is welcome!
