This is a signed shikishi board by Ryuo (Dragon King) Sota Fujii. It came with the certificate of rank I purchased. Generally, this is a signature of Sota Fujii when he was Ryuo and Meijin (Grandmaster), but the signature as Ryuo is rare because it was only used for a little over a year.
