It is believed to be from the 1980s-90s (details are unknown as the model number did not come up in searches). Operation has been confirmed, but there are some issues. The microphone has difficulty picking up sound. It responds when tapped firmly, so it doesn't seem to be broken. There were some buttons whose effects were unclear.
