I received this item after it was purchased new and only tried on. The outer fabric is a thin, sheer material and is very lightweight. The entire garment has a fine crinkle finish. The third photo is the closest to the actual color. The waist has elastic, but it doesn't stretch very much. I will fold it compactly for shipping, so please excuse any creases.
