As it's an old item, there's naturally no quality label, but based on the sheerness, crispness, and feel, it's likely linen ramie fabric. Linen ramie has the most crispness among natural fibers, and the fibers are stiff and have strong resilience, with no stretch. It doesn't cling to the skin or feel sticky even when you sweat. This is the finest, thinnest fabric, and you can see through it.
Beautiful handwork is applied to the details, such as the covered buttons, drawn-work lace trim, and pin tucks.
Overall, it appears to be in good condition, but as it's old, there is some wear around the shoulders. Please check the last two photos.
