Purchased in a used clothing store in Aomori Prefecture in 2021. Judging from the tag, it appears to have been produced in the late 90s. I'm a woman, 160cm tall and 52kg, and it fit quite loosely. The fluorescent tape glows when a light is shined on it at night. It will be washed and shipped in simple packaging.
