This item was used at my parents' house and does not seem to start. Please purchase only if you have specialized knowledge and can utilize it for repairs or parts. The exterior is relatively clean, but there are minor scratches and dirt as it was used for about 10 years. The included accessories are the power cord and remote control only. There are no other accessories. There is no B-CAS card either. *Please purchase only if you understand that this is a junk item. *I will not respond to comments asking for a discount.
